How to do a successful tour

Today’s training will go over what you need to do to deliver a successful tour of your center. We will review recommendations on how to prepare for the tour ahead of time, questions to ask during the tour, the importance of asking for the enrollment, and more.

 

 

 

This training is intended for use by Dr. Day Care Administrators, Assistant Administrators, or staff delivering tours at Dr. Day Care only.

After completing this training, you will receive a certificate for 1 Professional Development hour.

To help guide you through your Orientation, you should have a copy of the New Employee Orientation Agenda. Please save the information on that packet, such as the training site links, usernames, and passwords. As you review each topic in your Orientation, please put a check mark in the box to indicate your understanding. After completing your Orientation, your Supervisor will place a copy of that packet in your employee file.
