About the course:
The 3-credit class is: ED 121 – Preschool Curricula
Course description:This course presents a curriculum framework for children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Children’s experimentations and interactions with their environment will be explored in such areas as art, music, language and literature, physical science, and block play. The role of the adult in providing appropriate leadership and materials will be studied. Workshops, projects, and observations provide first-hand experience.
Dates/Time/Place: Monday’s from 3:00 – 5:30 at our Home Office in Smithfield, 1201 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917. Remote sessions available via GoToMeeting will also be available, although we strongly encourage employees to attend in person whenever possible, particularly the first class
